Russ Hillstead-Telecommunications Specialist-for the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education (SLOCOE) was awarded the Business Services Division Order of the Flame. The Order of the Flame award was created to recognize SLOCOE employees that personify the Essential Agreements contained in the SLOCOE Strategic Plan. Russ has been a SLOCOE employee since 1990 when he was hired a school bus driver, worked as a maintenance worker, and is currently our Telecommunications Specialist. Congratulations Russ!
