The P-16 Council is a group of local leaders in education, business, and community based organizations who recognized cross-institutional collaboration as a powerful tool for addressing critical gaps in educational achievement and opportunity. To date two countywide initiatives have been launched: 1) Early Care and Education (ELFA); and 2) Math/Science Education.
