There are two pathways to earn a CLAD certificate - by examination and by completing a CTC approved coursework program.

At this time the BCLAD certificate can be earned by either examinations (6) alone or by completing a CLAD certificate program and the BCLAD examinations in the CTEL series (3). The Commission is working to establish an approved coursework program list but at this time, there is no BCLAD coursework program.
