| Services are provided
to infants with disabilities, birth to three years of age. Services
include assessment, consultation with the parent, home or center
programs, and interagency linkage with Tri-Counties Regional
Center (TCRC). The TCRC is the referral agency for all children
from birth to three years. Center programs operate in North
County, San Luis Obispo, and South County.
The San Luis Obispo County Office of Education (SLOCOE) programs
are the primary providers for solely low-incidence children,
although many of the children are eligible for both SLOCOE
and TCRC services.
