The San Luis Obispo County Teacher Induction Program (TIP) is a collaborative endeavor between the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education, school districts, and institutions of higher education that provides a meaningful and valuable program to support and credential beginning teachers in order that they become caring, competent, and quality teachers, who promote high student achievement and social well-being.
