Quit Tobacco Classes
What is this service?
The Public Health Department provides free quit tobacco classes to help individuals and families quit and stay off tobacco. Pregnant women, or parents of children 0-5, are eligible for one-on-one sessions.
Who can use this service?
Anyone can use this service.
Is there a charge for this service?
This service is provided free of charge. Nicotine replacement therapy is also available free of charge to participants enrolled in quit tobacco classes if they meet eligibility requirements.
When and where is this service offered?
For more information, please call the Health Promotion office at (805) 781-5564. Participants are highly encouraged to start classes at the BEGINNING of the session, however participants may join Quit Tobacco classes at any time.
