Teacher Induction Program
SLOCOE’s Teacher Induction Program (TIP) provides two years of job-embedded structured support and professional development for teachers who hold a Preliminary Credential. After successful completion of TIP, participating teachers are recommended to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for a Clear Credential.

TIP Participant Enrollment
Enrollment for the Teacher Induction Program 2026-2027 academic year will open on June 15th, 2026.
TIP Mentor Agreement
Mentor agreements for the Teacher Induction Program will be available for the 2025-2026 academic year on June 15th, 2026.
