Leadership Development

The ESS Department provides leadership coaching and local professional learning to educational leaders focusing on how leadership directly impacts student learning. The program is designed to develop a new generation of educators who are committed to equity and implementing welcoming and engaging environments where ALL students thrive, especially students with disabilities.
