Injury and Illness Prevention Program

The Health Management & Safety Committee, comprised of classified, certificated and management employees, meets monthly to address employee safety concerns, and to promote awareness of habits which can improve health and wellbeing in our work place. The committee reviews accident reports, and the results of safety inspections. The committee also sponsors the Health & Fitness Challenge drawings, the “Caught In the Act” safety drawings, “SIPE Monthly Safety Quiz” drawing, Online Safety Module drawing, the Safety Incentive Award for departments, and the Annual Blood Drive.
