State and Federal Compliance
San Luis Obispo County Office of Education (SLOCOE) plays a crucial role in ensuring both state and federal compliance within the districts. Staff provides support and oversight to school districts to ensure adherence to education laws, regulations, and policies. Resources, professional development, and technical assistance are provided through workshops and one-on-one individualized support to problem-solve specific needs.
